Hey everyone! We wanted to let you know about a change of plans for this Friday night. Instead of having our scheduled ‘Wanted’ event, we are going to reschedule that a later time in the year. Instead we’re going to meet at Hove Park at 7pm.

We’ll meet near the epic play area on the east side of the park. We’re going to hang out there for about an hour or so and then we’ll head over to Clarendon Villas until we wrap up at 9:30.

Please remind your parents that drop-off is at the park but pickup is at Clarendon Villas.

CCKY Returns! We are finally back this Friday with an explosion of YOUR Talent! We know you are extremely talented so whether you can sing, dance, write poetry or balance an egg on your head, we want to see it!! Dont forget the tuck shop, sports and xbox kinect too!

CCKY Sunday and Just Like Us

Its finally arrived! The BIG Sleep is THIS FRIDAY! The pool room will be transformed into a mini cafe with an extended tuck selection and extra treats! Also loads of sports and video games!

CCKY will run on Friday night as normal from 7-9.30pm, however, this night will not end at 9.30, for those who want to stay, we will be having BIG SLEEP FUN for the rest of the night!

We will have Rich Miles preaching! After last weeks engage hour we are looking forward to what God has in store for worship led by the Steve and Spike worship combo!

After the Engage hour we will split into girls and boys for Q and A with a twist and a DVD!

This Friday will be an epic battle for the CCKY wrestling champion! Take on our house wrestlers in the inflatable ring or get kitted out for combat in one of the sumo suits. We will also have the Xbox connect which will feature a wrestling game!

CCKY Sunday

Over the next term in CCKY we will be studying ‘Just like us’ by Stef Liston, we are selling these this Friday for the discounted price of £5!! So dont forget to bring your money with you! We will be finding out how God can use us ordinary folk to do extraordinary things for his purposes! Amazing!

If you want to study this book with us but money is tight then please talk to us anyway as we may be able to help. We want as many of you as possible to do this book with us!

This Friday at CCKY we have the legendary Deal or No Deal. We have Noel Edmonds coming to present the night*, it’s going to be so much fun!! There will be an amazing top prize, you will want to win.

In this week’s engage hour we have Spike leading worship. Spike has been playing guitar in the band for the last few weeks and we’re looking forward to having him lead us into worship. Rich Crosby will be continuing our Fruit of the Spirit series. He’ll be preaching on Peace.

I hear some of you wondering how you can dress up for this? Why not make yourself a name badge? The best one will win a prize (see Mike).

This Friday night we will be playing a massive game of dodgeball! But it won’t just be like any normal sort of dodgeball. There will be number of twists to the game like blindfolded throws, left-handed throws, even big gym balls! If that’s not enough, the rest of the building will be decked out with a dodgeball theme!

In this weeks engage hour, Becki Cox will be leading us in worship and we have Pete Benton coming all the way from East Grinstead to carry on our series on the fruit of the spirit. He’ll be preaching on joy!!!!

Come dressed as ‘dodgbally’ as possible! If that makes sense And invite a friend so they can come dip, duck, dive and dodge too!

This week at CCKY we are going our seperate ways. Awww…

The guys will be hitting Bramber castle for a wide game which is set to be a full on night, with potential (okay, almost guaranteed) mud involved. As for the girlies, you will be partaking in a catwalk with a twist. You are the designers, you are the make-up artists and hair stylists. You have to prepare your for our CCKY fashion show catwalk. There will also be a clothes swap so bring any old clothes or accessories you don’t want anymore, and you can leave with new ones! There will also be three team members giving their testimony, which you can then follow up with any questions you want! Favourite sandwich filling questions are highly encouraged.

Love is in the air at CCKY! Well, not really. There’s usually a ball in the air, just about to smack someone in the face. Sometimes there’s shaving cream in the air too. Anyway, with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we are planning a lovely (see what we did there?) night at CCKY this Friday!

In addition to a special Love theme, we’ll have loads of games and activities for you and your friends to check out. Our new Xbox 360 with Kinect will also make its debut appearance, some come ready for Kinect Sports and Kinect Dance!

During the Engage Hour Rich Miles will be preaching about fruits of the Spirit, starting with love! That came together nicely! Steve Chong will be leading worship too. We’re going to have a great night and we’d love love love to have you there! We’d also love love love to have you bring a friend or four. Doors @ 7pm at the Villas!

Okay, we’ve got good news and bad news. Well, we’ve got bad news and good news and then more good news. I’m confused.

First the bad news. All of our CCKY team are at the CCK Leaders Weekend so we won’t be around to clean up after you… oops. I mean, we won’t be around to hang out with you on Friday! Awwww… But here’s the good news! You can have your own CCKY this Friday night with your friends! We strongly encourage it! Just check with your folks first.

Okay, more good news! We’ve bought a Xbox 360 with a Kinect! We picked up a few games too like Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports (very cool!) and Kinect Dance Central (which Rich Miles and Steve Chong have been practicing like CRAZY! Steve thinks he is better). We are looking forward to our new Xbox becoming a regular attendee of both CCKY and Engage. We’re sure he will fit right in and that you’ll become friends with him quickly.

You’ve seen the TV show, (or maybe you haven’t) but we want to know how much jungle madness you can cope with! Try your hand at a number of challenges where you’ll scream ‘I’m a CCKYer GET ME OUT OF HERE!’
Don’t worry though, we know you’re not all into eating gross weird things. We have team challenges for you to all get involved in and the extreme hardcore ones can do the gross challenges.

We’re excited to have our own Rich Miles preaching this week and especially excited to have Spike Milligan with us leading worship. Spike has been coming along playing electric guitar in recent months, we’re excited and very expectant to have a great time hearing from and meeting with God! YES!!!!!!!

Doors open at 7! Remember a while ago we asked you to write down the name of one friend that you would committ to praying for and to invite along to CCKY? Why not invite them this Friday?!
